At Redstone we offer a range of services, mainly working in the public sector, both local and central government.

We work across the spectrum from strategy to coal face to help you understand, design and build the solutions you need.

We offer the following services and support;

Strategy

The start of everything. Redstone can help you articulate your vision and turn it into a clear strategy with a delivery programme attached to it, with measurable progress and goals. We do this focusing on what is realistic within the constraints your organisation may face.

Enterprise Architecture & Service Design

Once you have a strategy and know where you are trying to get to, our Enterprise Architecture & Service Design services help create detailed delivery plans, processes and governance that supports the realisation of your strategy.

We see Enterprise Architecture and Service Design as two sides of the same coin, they are both about how you design, implement, learn and iterate how you work.

We look across all elements of an organisation, its technology, its processes, its people and its data in our approach to architecture and service design.

Deployment and implementation of digital solutions and low code platforms

Building forms, workflows and integrations with existing technology to implement processes that are easier for customers and help officers get all the information they need in the format they need to support efficient and effective delivery.

Data science solution design

Working with and getting value from data is becoming increasingly important. We support the design and implementation of data science systems and help develop processes and training plans for staff to learn how to engage and effectively use data.

Building on experience manipulating and using data from different systems we help pull this data together to create master customer records and insights to support place based thinking.
